原刻像差校正凹面光谱仪衍射光栅原(平场凹面光栅)

平场凹面光栅是像差校正光栅。它把入射狭缝的光谱图像会聚到一个平面上,所以平面探头陈列能同时探测到各光谱的强度信号。
